I’m employed at Colliers International, working in their Occupier Services Group located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
This is the A team for the Bay Area at helping software and innovation companies procure, develop and manage their workspaces. Our client roster is incredible, placing the likes of Adobe, Linkedin, Slack, Fitbit, Nvidia, Splunk and a 100+ others innovative companies into their dream work environments.
Coming from my background of being a software CEO for many years, my specific role is focused on improving how we best understand the needs of modern companies. I interfacing with our clients (and potentials) up-front, doing deep-dives on their business models, growth trajectory plans, and their corporate culture/values and then work internally with our team to ensure we’re finding our clients spaces that best reflect who they are, and what they plan to become.
I’m also tasked with being expert on Oakland (my awesome home) and the role it plays in being the next big hub for innovation. With 12 large scale buildings under (or about to begin) construction, and San Francisco’s development explosion pricing out many start-ups, Oakland’s stage is set for being the killer sister-city to San Francisco.
